Foster has over 15 years of experience in the telecom and ICT industry and more than 10 years spent in C-Level positions. He is currently the Chief Finance & Strategy Officer of Vobiss Solutions Limited.Foster leads strategy formulation and implementation, Budgeting and management, and financial reporting, driving profitability and performance improvement functions in Vobiss Solutions Limited. He is also responsible for budget setting, management reporting, performing year-end procedures, and providing advice on areas of cost saving and additional income generation. He has been instrumental in the turnaround of many ISPs and the transition of Vobiss Solutions from an Engineering Procurement Construction business model to a wholesale service model delivering good returns to stakeholders while deepening the adoption of internet and other communication solutions in the markets in which Vobiss operates.As a result, Vobiss currently (end 2022) supports over 80% of Internet Service providers (ISPs),75% of MNOs, and 75% of undersea cable providers in Ghana within a span of three years of transitioning from a project-based business model to service one. He is also a member of finance & investment committees of some start-up organisations in Ghana.
