Freelance Video Producer: Working with the business development teams to create impactful video content for their clients. This process involves working with them on casting decisions, hiring crew, negotiating with equipment vendors, sound stages and locations.

Starting in 2010, Mike added a transatlantic methodology to the Octane family, helping the studio in winning several awards last year including a web content award for branded short film "Billy Boy."Since graduating from the University of Lincoln, England with a BA Honors in Media production, Mike has been steadily working his way through several positions. He began his career as an Production Assistant and then Associate Producer in 2007 for XS Broadcasting. Mike began to take on more responsibilities producing and editing his own content in 2008 for the Roadchef Motorway network. From there, Mike began a two year foray into live television production working as both a studio cameraman, visual content creator, and finally, studio vision mixer. Since 2010 Mike’s passion has been in producing. Finding the right tool for the job and running a very tight production schedule, he’s never afraid to make his feelings known when a shoot is getting close to running over schedule or budget.
