As a Senior Resident with PNC's Center for Financial Insight my role is to support our wealth strategy teams by providing thought leadership in the areas of wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, philanthropy, insurance and tax planning.

As an Advanced Marketing Attorney in the Advanced Sales Practice Enhancement Network (ASPEN) at Ash Brokerage, I partner with advisors and other financial service professionals to provide thought leadership in the areas of estate and business planning using different insurance products. I primarily work with experienced advisors in high net worth planning and business planning markets. In addition, I regularly attend industry events / seminars and conduct / develop presentations on advanced marketing concepts. • Legal review of advanced market sales concepts and advanced market sales materials, including concepts and materials relating to the use of insurance products for estate and business planning purposes, charitable giving and executive benefits.• Legal review relating to financial planning, including plan review and guideline preparation pertaining to the quality of advice provided.• Providing advice on customer estate planning concerns, market conduct issues and other insurance law issues.• Acting as a liaison between the advisor, other financial professionals and their clients.• Working knowledge of insurance products and how they may be used to implement sophisticated estate, business and fringe benefit planning techniques.• Conceptualizes sales and marketing programs related to advanced estate and business planning topics.• Conducts technical tax and legal research and writing of advanced marketing concept materials.Ash Brokerage’s team of more than 350 industry experts are committed to investigating, analyzing and comparing products and sales concepts to ensure the advisor has all the right solutions.
