As PLM, I'm responsible for Eaton's Distributed Energy Resources (DER) product line including the NPD product roadmap, P&L, and go-to-market strategy for intelligent microgrids. Built to help isolate power from the primary grid, microgrids balance on-site generation and site loads to keep the power on when it matters. Microgrids are a key enabler to support the energy transition with clean energy infrastructure. Eaton’s microgrid solutions provide load control and optimize energy usage to deliver energy savings, sustainability and resiliency for our customers.

Responsible for strategic planning for the Electrical Sector as well as M&A activities including building a robust pipeline, developing strategic rationales that outline synergy opportunities, valuation modeling, diligence and communicating with leadership.

• Led a C-level strategic initiative to improve effectiveness of employee communications; resulted in $2 million of cost-savings within the function and curated a purpose-driven Deere brand campaign• Ran a team of direct reports and 3rd party consultants to lead cross-functional teams on multiple workstreams focused on process improvement, strategy communications and organizational design • Championed the implementation of initial social business collaboration tools across the Deere enterprise, successfully networking over 29,000 global employees in the first year

• Drove the product portfolio and the business unit’s 5-year strategic growth strategy as a core member of the platform leadership team including leading critical initiatives from global manufacturing footprint optimization to product cost-out opportunities • Collaborated with platform marketing, engineering and factories on product development programs and creative inorganic partnership opportunities, strategically entering an adjacent market with a brand-labeled solution that integrated our technology IP to quickly learn the space and earn the right to grow while limiting initial investment and operational risk

• Senior manager responsible for leading the asset strategy and managing a team focused on asset improvement projects for Deere’s global agricultural division; delivered a 10% improvement in asset turns• Collaborated with global factories to implement days on hand (DOH) goals and drive lean projects across the enterprise improving asset velocity across asset categories of raw, WIP and finished goods
