While serving in this role I dynamically lead the conceptualization, design, and formulation of an automated reporting system in VBA that utilizes complex SQL logic from a data warehouse to create highly-formatted reports. I supported the migration of the online banking software by enabling data processing activities from a large data warehouse.Some key achievements while in this position:• Serve as the go-to person for complex analysis and database development issues.• Identified the need to enhance my software migration wave management process to accommodate multiple, concurrent events. Designed, built and manage a new system that handles up to 15 concurrent events so clients are migrated without a negative experience and all cross impacts are managed. In the last 5 years, this system managed 550k wave assignments for 45k clients for 30 different migrations/upgrades, without incident.• Sourced and designated SPLUNK as an optimal solution to migrate clients that were too large to deliver real-time migration tracking and obtained a comprehensive knowledge and relating skill set in SPL within only three weeks in order to construct real-time reports and dashboards for the migration command center.• Quickly resolve an issue affecting dozens of clients that was identified through a key report.
