Working alongside our AdSpecialist team to ensure the smooth running of our online advertisments.I create targeted advertising schedules across display based on briefs received from clients. Then I handle all the creative aspects of dealership advertising on the carsales network in Victoria. I also liase with agencies or the client themselves and ensure their creative is to spec for their online advertising. Once the campaign has ended I supply the client with a report analysing the amount of impressions and click through of their campaign

o Creating weekly and monthly store sales reports for comparison against budgeted figures.o Receive and cross reference incoming stock from head office and our DC.o Making roster to ensure staff coverage during peak timeso Setting personal KPI’s for each staff member to achieve.o Attending and creating staff meetings for staff.o Building rapore with customers and advising them on the functionality and quality of the products.o Assisting with interviewing possible future staff.o Performing stock transfers.o Performing stocktakes and stock level counts (fortnightly)o Prepare Banking as required and ensuring there is a correct cash float/change available for the following day’s trade.o Motivating team members by creating in store competitions.o Visual merchandising is performed once a month to meet company standardso Supporting the store manager in management of staff.o Ensuring correct process is followed for any faulty items.
