I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications from the University of Thessaly, where I specialized in Network Engineering and completed a thesis on an integrated electrical circuit that allows remote control and monitoring of an electrical socket. I also have multiple certifications in English language proficiency. My most recent work experience was as an IT Administrator at Lindos Hotels Group, where I was responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the network, computer systems, and data security systems for eight months. I ensured the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services to the hotel guests and staff. I also contributed to the troubleshooting and resolution of any IT issues or problems that arose. Previously, I served as a Call Center Support Representative at the Greek Army during my military service, where I provided contact support and interconnection between the various branches of the army. I also performed security services and email delivery tasks. Additionally, I gained customer service and Internet and phone troubleshooting skills as a Field Engineer at OTE Group of Companies, where I configured Internet equipment in residential and business premises.
