• Cross asset implementation for a big Pension fund based in Amsterdam: - Handover on Phase 1 from Customer delivery service team.- Managing the FO team on Murex side for phase 2 and stabilization of post phase 1 Go live.- Reducing back log on issues raised during the implementation.- Managing the support delivered by 7 consultants for this specific project.- Coordination of Central clearing project (Management of several actors on the project, gaps analysis, fixes delivery in very challenging timeline).- Continuous contact with client to ensure proper use of the system, analyze possibilities of upgrade for new modules implementation, new features and defect fixes.• Support Coordination for a bank in the UK: - Stabilization of support of one of the biggest Murex client on the 2.11.- Managing critical issues on weekly basis, to ensure quick solutions for technical and production blocking issues. Need to mobilize people from several teams in Murex in order to deliver such solutions.- Advising client on following the Murex recommended support solution, for a better use of the application and to reduce critical issues

- EQD and generic consultant on the MX.3 implementation for a big Portuguese bank:* Go live assistance and post go live support on EQD* Managing the FO team on Murex side that is working on the implementation of IRD/CRD/FI and BO* Reducing the back log on the cases to stabilize the platform on client's side
