-Plan and perform operational and financial audits to ensure that financial statements are fairly presented in accordance with Egyptian accounting standards.- Perform tests of internal controls to ensure effectiveness.- Perform substantive testing of account balances to determine reasonableness.- Prepare and present to management reports on audit findings, which might include material misstatements of financial information or severe control deficiencies, and provide recommendations on improving these shortcomings in the future.- Prepare and review the Income Tax return according to income tax law number 91 for the year 2005 which modified with the law number 96for the year 2015.- Prepare and review the annual settlement of the payroll tax according to income tax law number 91 for the year 2005 which modified with the law number 96 for the year 2015.- Review the withholding tax form number 41 according to income tax law number 91 for the year 2005 which modified with the law number 96 for the year 2015.- Review the monthly sallies tax declaration in accordance with sallies tax the law number 11 for the year number 1991.- Represent companies against Tax inspection with Tax Authorities, Tax internal committee, Appeal committees , Preparing The Memorandums of Defense, coordinating with the companies to prepare the reports & breakdowns and its supporting documents

- Supporting the Sales team in pricing, preparing quotations and estimates forcontract negotiations; supporting the negotiation process.- Actively engage with the operations and other departments in defining anddocumenting standard operating procedures for specific contracts as a partof the negotiation process.- Proactively review and understand customer/market requirements andbuild freight forwarding products and solutions to meet the current andpotential needs of the customers.- Co-ordinate and follow up with other departments, including customersand suppliers to ensure smooth running of logistic functions.- Matching and following up the shipments from A to Z between the sidesof Transaction.- Coordinate activities with overseas offices.- Dealing & Contact with the cargo agents abroad and getting the bestcargo rates concerning in freight rate, clearance rate and trucking underany kind of work basics
