▪ Coordinate the Projects activities, resources and information. ▪ Define requirements, scope of the projects, objectives and set the timeframes. ▪ Meet the clients’ expectations, deadlines and ensure their needs are taken care of. ▪ Auditing and recording the projects paperwork such as contracts and level agreements, reports and projects’ documentation. ▪ Identify risks and issues and provide an efficient and final solutions.

▪ Responsible for contacting suppliers, tracking and arranging delivery timings and dates.▪ In charge of achieving assigned sales targets.▪ Close deals with tire and spare part suppliers and seek better deals in terms of costs and product life.▪ Market research.▪ Build new relationships and engage with customers maintaining a good business flow.▪ Finalize business deals with new potential clients, set up meetings and ensure customer satisfaction by following up on regular basis.▪ Control the company’s transportation, time schedules and trip planning.▪ Receive invoices, issue LPOs, book the goods received and follow up pending payments to avoid any delay.

▪ Order and manage the times of delivery with the suppliers. ▪ Keep track of the overseas orders and ensure that the orders are delivered on time.▪ Manage stores and inventory by checking out lists of products and ordering missing items.▪ Update internal tracking logs related to incoming/outgoing goods.▪ Preparation of Requests for proposal documents.▪ Facilitate the annual procurement audit and insurance coverage for all assets and equipment.

▪ Responsible of the latest trailers manufacturing plan by the company.▪ In charge of the Operations, Sales & Marketing of the products in both UAE & Oman.▪ Attending overseas business meetings.▪ Responsible of giving full information about the specifications and the load of each trailer, as well as the policies of the company when it comes to guarantees & services.▪ Manage and visit production plants.▪ Responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting the latest trailers manufactured by the company. ▪ After sales follow ups to ensure that quality meets the expectations.
