Responsible for all kind of data entry and data transfers, daily accounting transactions, maintaining Fixed Assets and Depreciations record, Stock count and Internal Control with Sales Persons and Showroom manager and all kind of reconciliations and checking ( i.e. Banks, Suppliers, Clients, Cash Flow, Credit Card, Inter Companies Acc., Hyperion Data, etc…)Ensuring monthly financial reporting to the H.O. and timely official reports to the M.O.F. such as NSSF, VAT, Taxes ….. Liaise with auditors during interim and year end audits.
