•  Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish processes and procedures that positively impact Delivery Accuracy, Exceptional Customer Service, and Product Management & Handling.
• Monitoring day-to-day sales orders with distribution team according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• Respond to questions and complaints regarding distribution services in the best way to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Providing inspirational leadership to the operations team to ensure great customer service performance.
• Time schedule control, cost, and efficient transportation of goods with no damage.

Egypt

• Responsible for preparing the daily shipping plan for all sales channels, including modern trade, general trade, corporate and direct sales to deliver by the distribution team.
• Reviews inventory position daily and weekly against outstanding orders and sales forecasts and takes action to expedite inbound shipments to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting or shipping.
• Consider the different factors that affect the delivery/distribution process such as: Egyptian traffic case, cost saving, best delivery time.
• Support and solve any problems facing the delivery/distribution team.
• Organizing and controlling of work in the logistics department.

• Get the orders, delivery dates and the customers’ requests for the documentation and shipping processes to arrange for the shipping accordingly.
• Verifies inventory locations and availability for shipment against requirements specified in purchase orders.
• Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented process.
• Monitor shipments, follow up with the shipping contractor & follow up the loading and receiving the shipping documents.
• Responsible for the preparation of deliveries sales reports and warehouses transfers reports.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
