And standards to other teams.- Encourage two ways communication between EM team and other teams in the company.- Coordinate with relevant parties & team before implementing new systems into the network.- Explore new technology in the market relating to cooling & power.- Attend training courses in order to enhance technical knowledge in terms of Electro mechanical information. - Encourage team members to increase their knowledge by staying updated with the available solutions and systems related to the telecom industry in the market.- Reviewing the operational Facilities and to identify potential EM Risks and areas for improvement.- Planning and implementing risk recovery projects in facilities requiring enhancement.- Reviewing the internal Processes and procedures within the EM team and identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions.

The Senior manager-ID Quality & Control will manage TF (Telecom Facility) section, controls the budget allocated for the whole ID&P team & coordinates all activities between ID&P and other departments within Operations. The role includes and not limited to:1. Build/Lead/Manage a team of TF engineers to implement policies and procedures for the designing, building and managing of technical facilities.2. Collate all space and power requirements for all the technology departments, there by generating a technical facilities road map including space and power forecast nation wide.3. Personally manage, RFP’s, frame contract negotiations with procurement and contract management related to TF procurement.4. Plan and develop strategies to support current and future internal and external technical facilities needs.5. Consolidate the future requirements and enhancements of the TF requirements.7. Ensure all TF requests received from all business units/teams for space and power allocation are being processed within agreed SLA.13. Work on solving all concerns/requirements raised from different teams in existing/new facilities in coordination with Civil & EM team.14. Attending internal/external meetings with contractors, consultants and infrastructure team to clarify any information required by them regarding the design in coordination with Civil & EM engineers for new/existing facilities.15. Coordinate internally with EM & Civil team and hand over leased facilities to the operations team.
