Deputy Manager
Current- Full P&L responsibility by managing or at minimum, influencing all aspects that generate product's revenue
- Implementing and then driving forward a positive one team culture working environment as well as mentoring and developing the Travel Agency executive team and all other associates (35 Employee)
- Ensuring that financial targets are met through the application of Sales and Marketing plans that position the Travel Agency correctly in the highly competitive local market and maximise every revenue making opportunity
- Performing job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly.
- Develop strong multi-functional account teams (Sales Team, Head of Department, Front office team, Ticketing & back office) to effectively interface with customers.
- Develop business plans and opportunities that support the development of the sales department, within its limits of financial and operational guidelines
