CurrentWithin the Global Talent Acquisition Team at ProductLife Group, a leading companyin outsourcing services for the pharmaceutical industry, I recruit in-house globally inEnglish and French with a main focus on the EMEA region. Main activities:-Management of the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent positions relatedto core businesses (Regulatory Affairs mainly) and support functions(marketing, finance, procurement, bid office, etc):-Leading a position bried with the internal hiring managers-Defining the appropriate sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract the best talentsdepending on the position and location-Writing and posting job ads on the internal website, appropriate jobboards andsocial media following the position brief-Sourcing and approaching directly candidates on different Jobboards (APEC, PôleEmploi, Indeed) and LinkedIn Recruiter-Conducting first phone calls with candidates-Leading first full recruitment interviews with candidates (via visioconference)-Writing detailed interview reports on hard and soft skills and sending them to theinternal hiring managers-Ensuring candidates follow-ups during the whole recruitment process forfeedbacks and to set-up technical interviews and final HR interviews
