My main role was to assist in achieving Customer responsiveness by enhancing service experience to the firms valued stakeholders. Other responsibilities include: Capturing student data into Calista Providing student cards and RFID activation Assisting with timetable management on allocate+ Categorizing and filing records  Assisting in providing academic records on Calista  Retrieval and verification of student information on Calista

This role had no working hours as we where mostly required to attend to any emergency or issues even at night, this required a high level of dedication, internal motivation and time management.
