Current• Lead and integrate the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of the marketing and recruitment strategies from initial interest to enquiry, ensuring high quality customer service and good innovative approach.• Generate market insight and new business analysis, identifying and assessing potential new market opportunities to generate future profits for the company• Lead new product design innovation, development and launch. Also lead international market, environmental and competitor research and analysis.• Setting KPIs, supporting professional development, managing against KPIs and coaching and developing each department and their teams. • Work with department head to make sure international marketing strategy and annual planning of the project to deliver on growth and achieve targets• Leading, coordinating and implementing global marketing and recruitment strategies, including digital marketing, social media, market intelligence and international business development.• Manage and setting up international recruitment teams, defining them events strategies and also leading them.• Plan , Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for different partnered institutional courses, product and services of the company . Also ensure the marketing positioning is aligned with the partnered institutions marketing and communications strategy• Collaborate with the Marketing Innovation team in successfully delivering the new website strategy and developing the social media strategy to make sure marketing and recruitment plans are in place and integrated so that activities are appropriately timed and prioritized.• Monitor, review and maintain the teams service standards and operational efficiencies/• Develop, evaluate and report on spend effectiveness by developing a business development plan specifically.• Lead and redesign the marketing team to focus on global outreach, events, nurturing campaigns and leads management.
