After profitably selling NogginLabs to EY, I joined the Big 4 professional services firm as a Partner/Principal, serving as the Americas Learning Services Lead, a role that was later expanded to encompass Global Learning Services. I brought my original NogginLabs team with me – and have since grown it to 150+ highly specialized digital learning consultants who have significantly improved business growth by developing and deploying digital learning solutions, strategic roadmaps, behavioral change initiatives, and technology implementations for global organizations. As one of the earliest digital learning organizations in the U.S., NogginLabs offered a range of custom solutions, including instructional design, content production & design, and software development solutions for clients like the McDonald's, JPL, Bank of America, American Red Cross, Walmart, IRONMAN, Tiffany, and Columbia Sportswear and many others. Over the 20+ years I was in business, I built a proprietary adaptive technology (Genome) that created bespoke content at scale – while growing the company to 50+ employees who built solutions to drive behavioral change for commercial and government clients. Together, we were recognized with 100+ awards for delivering exceptional solutions to millions of learners. After several years of working side-by side with Ernst & Young, LLP (EY), I was given the unique opportunity to sell my company and join the EY organization, where I was able to further advance the work my team had spent many years doing.
