As a Manager of Business Development at Zycus, I lead a team of five BDRs to generate and manage strategic accounts and potential partner opportunities in the APAC and EMEA markets. I also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective BD-GTM strategies and track the sales pipeline progress. With the help of CRM tools and online platforms, I conduct personal interviews for BDE and Sr. BD positions, train and coach new BDRs, and mentor their journey at Zycus.Before joining Zycus, I worked as a Senior Business Development Executive at Encora Inc. and a Senior Inside Sales Executive at Paradiso Solutions, where I honed my skills in business development, inside sales, pre-sales, customer relationship management, and client relations. I successfully closed sales and achieved quarterly quotas, sourced new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up, performed online demos to prospects, and understood customer needs and requirements. I also teamed up with the VP of Sales and channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals and coached and mentored junior team members.I have a strong software and market research background, with more than eight years of experience in the industry. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office and have a keen interest in learning new technologies and trends.
