I am a creative technology executive, experienced consultant, entrepreneur and passionate about information technology, connected customer experience and the internet with more than 20 years of expertise in the management, architecture, development, design of experience and delivery of generic and custom software solutions for medium and large companies. I am a specialist at omnichannel customer experience and B2C and B2B e-commerce, and have implemented and piloted the development of solutions and applications that combine the fluid interaction of the customer journey between the online and physical channels of more than 10 years in industries such as retail, manufacturing, distribution, banking and travel. I have a speciality for integration architectures and application architectures delivered as SaaS or in Public Cloud computing environment, more specifically Microsoft Azure. I also bring in a broader set of business and technical skills that touches Product Strategy and Management, Product Design, Technical Leadership, Software Engineering processes, DevOps, and Delivery management, with an excellent capabilities to drive a vision and mobilize people and teams.As an entrepreneur, I co-founded, grown and led as Senior consultant, CTO, then CEO an innovative e-commerce and omni-channel cloud platform and services company based in Montreal, Canada: Orckestra Technologies (now MDF Commerce, TSX: MDF.TO). During more than a decade, it has given me the opportunity to work at the foundations of a business through many growth stages, allowed me to work with some very talented professionals and the most interesting customers. The entrepreneurial spirit has tainted my career and is also an essential part of how I envision work.In the fast evolving and technologically-driven digital economy, I really think the "innovation mindset" is one or the most important asset of any modern business. I try to lead by example and apply innovation and differentiating approaches in my thought process.
