MBSE Systems Engineer with 8+ years of experienceI help companies develop solutions using MBSE, SysML, and UML. This includes models, specifications, and requirements from high abstraction concepts down to low abstraction component mapping. Development is made ever more efficient with use of modern modeling software such as No Magic MagicDraw and Cameo.Some examples include:- Developed a new system from scratch to automatically save user adjustments to their vehicle profile. This system worked in tandem with existing products to give the user a seamless experience. Hundreds of requirements were written along specifications and models at concept level, logical level, and component level. To ensure future solutions without current equipment, we developed prototypes and facilitated workshops to capture useful data ASAP.- Assumed existing systems such as personalization system of user settings (both of physical and digital settings). Systems were then updated to modern standards and architectures along with improved documentation and models. Refined work products for FuSa, FMEA, Cybersecurity, and more.- Worked with international teams to deliver systems developed in North America to markets in Europe and China. Both lead and supported teams abroad to guide them through the various hurdles of engineering, finance, and user experience. Manual Testing Engineer with 6 years of experienceI help companies develop test suites (test cases and documentation) for systems in development and in the field. Additionally, I can train others and execute tested as needed.Some examples include:- Created various test suites to accommodate different departments while developing a system, such as test suites for breadboard, HiL, vehicle and more. Test suites included hundred of test cases developed from scratch, maintained with updates from other systems, and re-assessed after triages issues.- Executed manual testing on infotainment systems of various automotive companies. Tested via various approaches ranging from interfacing via CAN hardware and software to bench testing to testing vehicles in the field in multiple states and countries. Testing included HMI, diagnostics, and interfaces between additional systems and hardware.I get excited about opportunities where I get to use my creative skills to break down and analyze systems like a puzzle.
