Worked withIslamic Relief Pakistan for developing Training Modules, IEC Material and Standard Operating Procedures for Project of “Counseling and Psychosocial Services in Community”.ICMC to conduct training on Gender and Health in disasters in Charsadda.ARC International to conduct 4 Training ( 3-days each) on Gender Based Violence in KPK and Baluchistan region.CSDO to conduct a training on Child Protection and Participation. Medicine Du Monde to conduct 4 trainings on “ Stress Management”Children First to conduct 4 trainings on Child Rights and Protection. Right to Play to conduct 2 day training on “Gender Awareness and Sensitization” and 3 day training on “Child Protection and Healthy Disciplining. Save the Children-UK as Master Trainer to develop a Training Module and conducted 10 Day ToT on Facilitation Skills with Child Rights Unit of TRDP (Implementing partner of SC UK) in Sind. Main responsibilities included • Desiging module of ToT “Training of Trainers for Effective Execution of Polio Eradication initiative (PEI) in Pakistan”.• Conducted 3 Day ToTs all over the Pakistan ' Effective Execution of Polio Eradication initiative', and 'Safe Immunization for Children' • Designed and conducted Training on Para Counseling Skills with community members.

• Coordination with the partners for monitoring, support and problem solving. Undertaking corrective actions to maintain project expenses.• develop standards for the protection and care of children in institutions like orphanages whilst developing the capacity of their staff. The project was run by the collaboration of NCCWD/Ministry of Social Welfare (as being implementing partner) and Save the Children UK.• Supervising the Research study on institutional care and protection • Organizing consultations and forming working group for establishing minimum standards, monitoring plan and mechanism for child care institutions.• Managing the finances of the project and to provide quarterly financial reports. Preparing monthly and quarterly progress reports, Log Frame Analyses and work plan of the project.• Design and implementing a Providing Psycho social services to Earthquake affected children in Islamabad shelter home. • Training and Capacity building of project staff and partners as well as different child focused organizations on different issues like monitoring, financial issues, Child Protection, Child Rights and Participation, Psycho social Interventions etc
