Senior Recruiter
Current- Manage full-desk recruitment for all corporate roles in Washington and management positions in the Restaurant/Retail sector. Act as the staffing expert, directing procedures and providing ongoing feedback and communication to ensure optimal hires.- Conducts intake meetings with hiring managers to identify job requirements, processes, and key competencies for top talent. Facilitate debrief sessions with hiring panels using an unbiased candidate selection method.- Assist in developing strategic and creative sourcing and hiring strategies. Actively source passive and active candidates using ATS software (Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, Circa, Poached, and Mogul.- Coordinate and conduct phone interviews with candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers for subsequent interviews.- Arrange and facilitate both in-person and virtual interviews for hiring managers, ensuring candidates remain engaged and well-prepared.- Lead the Summer Internship Program, implement candidate experience surveys, and conduct hiring manager interview training sessions.- Ensure final candidates are well-prepared to accept offers and assist new hires with pre- and post-onboarding processes, including collaborating with the IT department for new hire setup.
