My main focus is on creating unique and personalized baked goods that provide premium designs at accessible prices. With that, I have developed and implemented distribution, marketing, and promotional campaigns including seasonal offers via social media as well as Point-of-Sale retail campaigns. I was responsible for prepping baked goods, baking and decorating desserts, and putting out products for the storefront cases. Furthermore, I assisted customers in taking their orders, helped run the register, and organized the cases.
