This facilitated board level prioritisation of a £70M investment budget, re-phasing of projects which enabled early benefit realisation. The result was a re-phasing of a number of key programmes. This identified benefits which could be realised much sooner and eliminate resource constraints within a very lean organisation.Established a quarterly resource management process across the portfolio to enable planning for 1,700 people.
