Enabled product-oriented planning to identify critical milestones and cross-programme dependencies. This facilitated board level prioritisation of a £70M investment budget, re-phasing of projects which enabled early benefit realisation. The result was a re-phasing of a number of key programmes. This identified benefits which could be realised much sooner and eliminate resource constraints within a very lean organisation.Established a quarterly resource management process across the portfolio to enable planning for 1,700 people. Targeted interventions kept the transformation programme on track and additional headcount to a minimum.Accountable for embedding the KeyedIn Projects PPM solution across business and IT teams.
