As a highly experienced (implemented ERP systems worldwide – North America, Europe and Asia) and successful IT professional, I can offer technical leadership, sound management and team-building skills, rapid application development (Agile/Scrum) and many other skills that I believe you will find beneficial. Some of my major accomplishments include:• Development and implementation of an award winning outsourced, direct order fulfillment supply chain worldwide system – utilizing a homegrown AI engine, which was on time and well-under budget. This system has saved the company about $5 million dollars a year and will continue the savings in the future. It was awarded the "Supply Chain Superstars" award in Frontline Solution Magazine. I was also awarded the Alcatel Cup for best cross-departmental system development.• Implemented numerous Oracle ERP (with financial reporting) and Siebel CRMs worldwide – again, on time and under budget. In particular an AWS (Amazon Web Service) customer service application for customers to download their software and software upgrades as well as any other controlled document.• Developed an AI rule-based state-of-the-art process planning system along with a fully automated factory data collection system (both hardware and software).• Coordinated and developed EDI B2B with trading partners to handle purchase orders, advanced shipping notices, returns, invoicing, etc… for both customers and vendors.
