SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS• Public Policy - Established and performed public policy functions for a Fortune 100 PBM during critical, high risk legislative and regulatory development period.• Product Development - Established formal product development function and launched a new healthcare product in less than one year. Product yielded a 21% gross margin, delivered more than a 240% return on investment for clients and was adopted by more than 50% of client base within six months of its release.• Operations Leadership - Dramatically improved both client satisfaction and employee engagement by improving the performance of a troubled PBM benefit configuration operational unit to turn around and deliver zero configuration defects for new benefit plans for a full year.
