Led design across the Rights Manager product.During my time in this role, I helped evolve and streamline key workflows, standardized design patterns with our central design systems, evolved messaging frameworks within the ecosystem, facilitated two large platform migrations, and scaled the product to support five customer segments (creators, large-scale video publishers, music labels, music publishers, and image licensors).As a lead on the team, I also helped the Design function establish a seat at the table by building relationships with other leads/managers, running workshops to help influence our roadmap, and educating others on how to work with design.
