Foy Devine is a member of Taylor English’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. Since 1969, he has concentrated his practice in civil trial work and has handled business litigation of all types, as well as catastrophic personal injury and death cases arising out of product-related injuries. He has frequently appeared in state and federal appellate courts. Foy is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer for several years. He has served on the State Bar of Georgia Board of Governors since 1988. He also has served on various State Bar committees and chaired its Advisory Committee on Legislation.
