RESPONSIBILITIES:-o Finding out new customers, and maintaining communication with the existing customers. Acquisitions of 30 new customers in the fleet o I am working with 40+ local and foreign vendors. I am constantly updated about their prices and new products. I have enlisted 25+ new vendors after joining the company.o I have added 10+ new products to the company's product category. One of which was the best-selling product last year.o Develop Supplier Management Plan, and Supplier Adaptation Plan to manage the existing supplier effectively and build up alternate suppliers consequently. o Negotiating with the Suppliers to obtain the best price, with the best conditions for every item that is purchased; might reduce the expenditure whilst increasing the purchasing power. Hence need to negotiate better rates increasingly with suppliers while maintaining or increasing quality and service.o Responsible for sourcing and procuring, Machinery, Compliance and Safety items, Lab & Chemical items, Plywood, Consumable Items, Stationery items, Administrative/ Logistics procurement, and Hardware & Electrical items of the company.o Regularly review competitive websites regarding product range, marketing initiatives including functionality, and customer offerings.o Led a team of 3 people. Those who helped me with product delivery, bill collection from customers, bringing products from suppliers, and Banking work.o Responsible for achieving Marketing & Sales business targets for the teamo Set Procurement Department’s Budgets in accordance with Finance Department.o Sustain Business growth of the Import department during this covid-19 periodo 24x7 service with a solution provider to customers & Vendor
