• Support the trading desk in all trading activities for fixed income securities including mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations (CLOS), corporates, mortgages, and derivatives with respect to mutual funds, private funds, and undertakings for the collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS).• Responsible for trade settlements, trade and position reconciliations, corporate actions, subordinated debt purchase settlements, loan document releases, security pricing, and month-end statements.• Head activity related to repurchase agreements which includes but is not limited to the requesting of new roll terms from counterparties; compare counterparty terms and subsequently recommend favorable terms to portfolio managers for approval to continue to hold securities; rolling or terming the current repo’s in Bloomberg; and facilitating settlement amounts with brokers.• Developed and automated the counterparty term report to analyze historical and current repurchase agreement terms to negotiate favorable spreads with the various counterparties holding securities.• Forecast, report, and analyze daily cash flows and demands for all private and public fixed income books to ensure liquidity management.• Oversee and manage invoice payments, wire transfers, and special payment orders.• Identified price variances in security identifiers and reconciled multiple reports to improve the daily pricing process for the Risk Team, which resulted in reducing duplication and overall process improvement.

• Analyze the time-varying nature of the correlation between long rates and equities in the US by taking into account the overall level of yields and volatility regimes (moving averages, and logistics regression).• Perform a set of rolling regressions to assess the factor loadings of various hedge funds to common risk factors with applicable benchmarks.• Review Operating Due Diligence Monitoring Questionnaires completed by Investing Managers (IMs) for each fund to identify operational risks such as AUM changes, trade errors, fraud, litigations, and valuations (100+). • Meet with current and potential IMs from the Global Equity, Fixed Income, Liquid Alts, Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit asset classes to discuss current strategies, quarterly returns, economy/ market, and future outlooks.• Reconcile the unfunded commitment in each UPSIG fund to conclude the reason(s) behind variances in Private I versus IMs Capital Statement amounts by looking at capital commitment, capital calls, TROC, recallable interest, and fees. • Input book/ wire transfers from UPSIG cash accounts to IMs accounts in Bank of New York Mellon platform (BNYM Nexen) after reviewing invoices and calculating proration in Excel to confirm that fee amounts match invoices (100+).

• Accurately entered, coded, and reconciled 1,000+ invoices and credits, Fintech payments, operating bank activities, business and personal employee credit cards, and inventory on a weekly basis using QuickBooks Pro for multiple businesses.• Formed relationships with 50+ vendors and 22 managers regarding incurred and future expenses, charity events, intercompany transfers, petty cash bank, employee reimbursements, and credit applications for new vendors.

• Shadowed the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accountants while assisting with entering vendor invoices and inventory, researching and reconciling operating bank and Fintech activities, sending emails to vendors and management teams, and filing.• Opened new business by filling out, approving, and sending 40+ credit applications to determine Net 7 to 60 day terms and guided management team through an invoice and expense procedure.
