As the founder and CEO of Envagro, I am honored to lead a company that is redefining the boundaries of sustainable agriculture. Envagro was established with an initial investment from The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK), reflecting the immense potential of our vision to revolutionize farming practices.My journey began with a passion for agriculture and a commitment to addressing the critical challenges posed by conventional farming methods. Leveraging my expertise in chemistry and agricultural sciences, I founded Envagro to develop biodegradable, controlled-release fertilizers that not only enhance crop yields but also minimize environmental harm—providing farmers with innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.As the CEO, my primary focus is on driving research and development, fostering strategic partnerships, and building a company culture rooted in innovation and sustainability. By combining agriculture and chemistry, our team is crafting products that solve pressing issues like soil contamination, water pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions.Looking ahead, my goal is to position Envagro as a global leader in green agricultural technologies, expanding into new markets and scaling our impact. We aim to empower farmers, contribute to sustainable development, and actively support the global transition to eco-friendly farming practices.

In my current role at Oleago, I have been entrusted with several key responsibilities to ensure the success of our R&D initiatives and sustainability efforts. My primary duties include:• Leading R&D initiatives at Oleago, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting• Managing R&D projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement• Directing intellectual property processes, protecting our inventions and innovations• Engaging in competitive tracking, seizing opportunities for visibility and growth• Overseeing sustainability testing and certification, upholding our commitment to responsible practices

I joined a TUBITAK 1001 project which is called "Design of New Fluorogenic Probes for Monoamine Oxidase Activity Measurement" as a project assistant.I and my professor did many organic syntheses and we characterized them.• Championed organic syntheses and characterizations with my professor• Mastered organic syntheses techniques independently• Executed purification techniques (Column and thin layer chromatography, crystallization, filtration, etc.)• Proficient in characterization techniques (Nuclear Magnetic Spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared, Ultraviolet Spectroscopy, etc.)

I worked with Assoc. Prof. Gökhan Çaylı's in his lab as a fresh graduate chemist in the synthesis and modification of polymers from vegetable oils and we converted them into usable products.I learned many things such as;• Transformed synthesized polymers into functional products• Experienced in biopolymer synthesis, particularly from vegetable oils• Skilled in the derivation and modification of biopolymers• Organized international conferences and executed scientific presentations

I did a summer internship at Novartis Technical Operations (NTO).• Gained practical insights into post-production phases of pharmaceutical products• Enhanced understanding of drug quality control and assurance processes• Developed foundational knowledge of standard operating procedures within the pharmaceutical industry• Fostered skills in pharmaceutical laboratory practices, including analysis and testing methodologies

I participated in some projects such as ;• Involved in projects related to synthesis and analysis of thiosemicarbazone-metal complexes, focusing on features like antioxidant effects and crystal structure• Explored interactions of Halloysite Nanotubes (HNT), derived from clays, with various metals and their potential applications
