CurrentManage activities in response to value-based care and payment reform initiatives and their impact on performance measures and quality programs:• Oversee and manage quality committee, including developing agendas, preparing monthly meeting materials and minutes, and facilitating feedback requests on matters relating to value-based payment, quality measurement, and other quality initiatives.• Establish, maintain, and leverage relationships with external quality organizations such as public and private payers, quality improvement entities, and medical societies (CMS, Battelle, NQF, CQMC, AMA, NCQA). • Track, analyze, and draft comments on CMS proposed rules (PFS, IPPS, OPPS) particularly on quality matters related to measurement, health equity, and value-based payment. • Monitor and participate in government and other quality stakeholder meetings (NQF), conferences, and other activities to ensure quality priorities are represented and positively influence final outcomes; draft and submit comments.• Collaborate with internal staff in areas such as population health, regulatory affairs, and health registries to ensure assimilation of various aspects of quality care in formulating strategy.• Continuing education on topics of interest, such as health equity (e.g., Coursera course).
