During this period of time, I worked with different analytic projects integrated with R for data mining, performing accounting automation and simulations in finance reporting, and creating very complex finance BI models for cost controlling and P&L statements with diff scenarios. In addition working for ZENDESK as a contractor delivering Zendesk Support and Zendesk SELL projects in different locations in the USA, Central America, and South America with customs like Anheuser-Busch (beer company) Colombia, Mexico, USA, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic.

Qlik Consultancy Manager (Professional Services) and Project Manager at Manar Technologies in Colombia, delivering Qlikview Business Intelligence Solutions to Manar customers.Since 2013 in charge of delivering more than 300 projects,120 customers, and 63 Resources, between Bogota, Medellin, and Cali with Customers Like EPM, Terpel, Colsubsidio Plastilene Madecentro, Clinica del country, and much more.During this period, defining Project methodologies like SCRUM in delivering BI projects, defining processes and procedures, managing customers ( Pre-sales, Demos, Implementation, Post Sales) giving projects on time and quality, and managing up to 40% margin per project.During these years managing Teams, Contractors, and Employees Hiring new resources using boot camps. This long-term project was related to a global deployment of 1SAP (Global) this time to Colombia Cerro Matoso.During this period I was in charge of the SAP Finance Team from the GAP analysis phase to the final Implementation and delivering end-user support.Main Responsibilities:Managing internal Team, contractors, end users, VPs, and external consultants.Project Activities:Planning, Implementation, Testing, Training delivery, change management, and End-user support. GAP analysis (Understand impact from global to local tax reporting) , and front-end loading activities (FEL) deliver different “Process education” to the new 1SAP system, in particular to the new cost model understanding (New Cost Model Video creator) implemented to CMSA.Completion on time and as scheduled of all project activities. BI Training to end users.Progress status to Steering committee.Fifteen people in charge.

Ohio (Usa), Lausanne (Ch) And Envigado (Colombia)

O-I was moving to 1SAP implementation globally.I was part of the Global FICO team to define the global SAP process and procedures, defining with key users the best practices and defining the core model.During this period with O-I, I worked in Lausanne (CH) working with the European Team, then moved to Ohio (Perrysburg), and finally move to Colombia (Envigado) to continue helping SAP users in their day-to-day activities.
