The Release, Delivery & Operations team is responsible for how we create, build, test, deploy, operate, monitor, and manage desktop products and cloud services. Our team supports and collaborates with several teams to deliver best customer experience with Autodesk 3dsMax, Maya, Bifrost, Flame, Arnold, ShotGrid, and Flow.As a Director of Engineering, I am responsible for the team's strategy, vision, and execution. We provide Quality Assurance, Release Management, Agile Practices and Management, Components Integration, CI Tools and Services, Test Automation Solutions, Site Reliability Engineering, Security, and Data Analytics.

Responsible to modernize and drive efficiency of our Engineering Operations for the Entertainment Media Solutions groupProvide organizational agility, efficiency, and speed as we learn, adapt, and scale the business.Build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, reporting, and best practices.Drive adoption of modern software development tools, and transform our operations with Cloud native solutions.Implement first-class CI/CD, and Site Reliability Engineering practices for our Desktop and Cloud solutions.Build the skills and processes required to support the Autodesk platform vision.

Responsible for the development activities of the Smoke and FlamePremium product lines.Manage project scope / requirement changes, multiple and competing demands and priorities determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk using appropriate fact-based assumptions.Use project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, and ensure quality of project deliverables.Ensure sponsor and stakeholder satisfaction by delivering project's agreed upon scope within timeline and budget.Oversee the activities of multiple Scrum teams. Provide guidance and track progress on team objectives.Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.Responsible for all aspects of the SDLC.Main interface for all internal and external groups involved in the project (QA, Development, Design, Marketing, Legal, Operations, etc.).Complete all required reports as specified by PMO.Promote innovative or improved method to get the work done and implements best practices. Promote Scrum methodologies.
