I also shape and influence strategy, prioritising product delivery, driving process improvement and developing sales strategies across new markets that deliver outstanding revenue outcomes.Product DevelopmentDriving further innovation as Technical Product Lead on a business-critical product, generating high revenue each year, I oversee the CWT RoomIt product development project from inception through to development, delivery and integration working with Product Manager, to secure effective client-side migration. Here, I use Lean Six Sigma best practice to maximise efficiency and minimise waste and costs across entire product development lifecycle.

Promoted into this role, I led innovative product management processes from inception, development and prototyping through to piloting and deployment. Here, I oversaw a seven-strong management team across two continents, including offshore teams and four Agile Heads. Introducing enhanced client management processes as the appointed Lead for a key client implementation, I leveraged both my skills in innovation and my understanding of emerging technologies to deliver increased revenues. Here, I used my expertise in Optmizely to drive cultural change toward Experimentation and A/B testing, increasing the conversion rate from 3% to 5%, successfully securing a +5% increase in revenue.

Brought into the IT Delivery team to address all requirements for RoomIt Platform, I ensured it delivered all global internal and external point of sales user requirements needs. Here, I leveraged my Agile expertise to develop delivery and transformation roadmap to prepare for participation in the change management and implementation phases of Jira.Collaborating with multiple teams across CWT global client base, I improved client implementation setup through enhanced automation and product creation securing a 50% increase in efficiency. I also identified new opportunities to improve internal product deployment processes, successfully launched a test automation process to deliver a 50% reduction in manual testing time.

Appointed by CWT Senior Level team to establish new Customer Service team as well as a six-strong call centre team across four locations, I built and embedded new operational frameworks and processes that were as customer-centric as they were scalable. This resulted in more proactive after-sale queries and improved customer feedback.Project managing the implementation of quality improvement projects, I successfully delivered vastly improved customer NPS scores, turning around some difficult client experience into greater brand loyalty. Here, I put quality control at the front and centre of all team operations as Europe & Middle-East Africa as the internal auditor and coach for Operational Excellence initiative as well as CWT’s appointed ISO internal auditor and external audit main contact. I also identified new opportunities to drive change, collaborating with multiple teams across CWT to introduce new processes and build tools to improve the visibility, planning, and execution of CWT’s global mission.

Overseeing a team of four CWT employees and 30 volunteers, I delivered on-site leadership and ground transportation coordination for 4000 people from 130 countries between Shanghai-Nanjing. Here, I collaborated with key stakeholders, including the International Olympic Committee, local Committee, local airport authorities and ground transportation provider ensuring all relationships were cohesive, culturally sensitive and respectful.

Managing the roll-out of multiple global projects within matrixed Agile environments, I successfully oversaw all project phases from roadmap development through, budgeting, resource allocation through to development and on-time delivery. Here, I project managed the implementation and improvement of 10 products and projects with major impact across CWT. I was also appointed as Lead Business Analyst on several IT projects, successfully gathering requirements and translating these into technical specifications for new products. Championing quality control as the appointed EMEA Operational Excellence internal auditor and coach, I ensured all regional team activities aligned with both regional and global business goals. Here, I collaborated with multiple teams developing and communicating progress of all product development progress ensuring all product development and implementation training minimised disruption to business as usual.
