As a Mid-Level Developer at NINA, my role involves refining and developing new features for a platform dedicated to reporting incidents of sexual harassment in public transportation. This includes facilitating swift access to crucial information such as location, testimonies, and media files to aid investigations, as well as providing statistical insights into these reports. This work contributes significantly to comprehending the current landscape and plays a pivotal role in shaping a safer public transportation system in the country.

Currently, I hold the position of technical leader at the Inovaula startup, driving the planning of team sprints and maintaining direct communication with management for project alignment. In my leadership role, I've successfully orchestrated the most constant and resultant development flow ever achieved by the team. Guiding the development workflow, I provide mentorship to fellow developers, fostering an environment that not only maximizes productivity but also enhances their learning experience. As the most seasoned developer on the platform, I navigate between full-stack development and spearheading DevOps responsibilities, ensuring a holistic and efficient approach to project success.

I am actively involved in the development of the Inovaula's web platform version 2. My responsibilities encompass feature development on both the frontend and backend using React and Node.js with Sequelize, respectively. In addition to my coding duties, I provide guidance to less experienced developers, assisting them with task assignments and addressing any queries. I also manage the platform's update workflow, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for ongoing enhancements.

As a full-stack developer at V-lab, I've played a key role in developing features and contributing to the maintenance of the Clique Escola application, boasting over 300,000 downloads. This app facilitates easy access to data and statistics on more than 180,000 Brazilian schools. Not only does it provide a user-friendly interface for accessing information, but it also includes a collaboration forum and a project promotion network for over 40,000 active school directors. Additionally, I was actively involved in the development of the three products delivered to the Ministry of Education (MEC): a mobile application in Angular, a web platform in React, and a PHP-based API.

During an intensive three-month training provided by the Junior Company, I gained my initial professional experiences. I participated in numerous classes and activities focused on web development. At the culmination of the training, I had the opportunity to form a team and apply agile methodologies, along with the knowledge acquired, to develop a platform connecting tattoo artists with potential clients. The project was successfully delivered to a real client, marking a significant milestone in my journey.
