The firm’s portfolio of clients in marketing and social research includes the most prominent national and multinational companies in consumer products and multilateral organizations including: SABMiller Plc, Kinross, The Coca Cola Company, General Motors, Nestlé, Unicef, The World Bank, International Finance Corporation, and Inter-American Development Bank.As Quantitative Research Manager, I was responsible for all research processes that required quantitative methods, answering directly to the firm’s general manager. This involved supervising a team of seven account executives and research analysts, coordinating with the survey and statistical departments, and heading international consultancy services (marketing research and survey audits). These responsibilities allowed me to develop the following skills: • Planning and supervision of research projects that required quantitative data collection or statistical analysis.• Management of relations with a variety of clients (in size, business fields, and needs).• Understanding business situations and suggesting appropriate research designs.• Quality control of all survey research phases (sampling, data collection, data cleaning and analysis).• Design of questionnaires and other complementary tools.• Data analysis in a wide variety of marketing and project evaluation questions.• Preparation and presentation of research reports in a wide variety of formats.
