Lead Executive Search Business Unit

• Coordination and development of projects (individual and / or massive) of Search and Selection of Middle and Top Management in clients in the area of Banking, Insurance, Hospitality and Tourism, Consumer Goods, Health, Energy, Information Technology, Services, Retail;• Responsible for the definition of business strategy and business development as well as commercial goals and follow-up;• Member of the Steering Committee of Ray Human Capital, participates in the definition of the strategy of the company and its internal processes; • Responsible for the coordination of a team of 4 consultants, monitoring their professional development and definition of their objectives;• Participation in human resources consulting projects (eg. onboarding of employees, performance management, design of human resources processes)• Coordination and participation in the implementation of human resources projects as assessments centres, psychometric online tests, group dynamics, etc.;• Career monitoring and counselling for professionals in career transition;• Participation as Trainer in several training projects

- Project Management in the area of Executive Search for top management positions, developing projects in the following sectors: Banking, Assurance, Services;- Definition of the required profile for candidates, according to the role;- Monitoring post-recruitment with clients and candidates;- New market opportunities identification;- Approach companies to schedule presentation meetings, present the company and its services, create needs and persuade clients and prospects;- Portugal Practice Lead for Banking, Assurance and Services sector.

- Management and coordination of a team of 3 members, regarding, Billing, Treasury, Logistics;- Supervision of the monthly accounting;- Monthly analysis of deviations relating to Budget;- Business Plan elaboration for the startup of the project and viability analyses and presentation to the Board;- Budgeting and cash management of accounts payable;- Managing and negotiating contracts with suppliers, to ensure the acquisition of resources required to the company’s operation.

- Project Management in the area of Recruitment & Selection for middle and top management finance positions, developing projects in the following sectors: Banking, Assurance, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, Information & Technology, Services, Retail;- Definition of the required profile for candidates;- Definition of best methodology to use, preparation of adds, receiving and screening CV’s, selection of candidates, conducting interviews, preparation of the short-list and submission of reports;- Monitoring post-recruitment with clients and candidates;- New market opportunities identification;- Approach companies to schedule presentation meetings, present the company and its services, create needs and persuade clients and prospects.

- Preparation / reviewing of Financial Statements in accordance with Portuguese GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);- Team people management, definition of tasks evaluation of competence and review of audit work;- Prepare audit reports, management letters and legal documents (CLC, RAFE, etc.);- Discuss with managers and partners the conclusions of the audits performed.
