Instrumental to my professional development, this position distinguished me as a Project Manager who goes beyond the expected responsibilities to drive impactful outcomes and foster a collaborative and thriving work environment.Leading transformational projects with a focus on technology-driven initiatives (TFE, AppDynamics, Observability, DevOps, SRE, to name a few), within the realm of enterprise architecture (TOGAF). My daily goal was fostering tight relationships within the team, client and stakeholder. Leveraging my expertise in Jira, I successfully optimized reporting processes using Jira and Confluence, enabling clients and stakeholders to intuitively track project progress, identify roadblocks, and manage change effectively.Afterwards, I spearheaded the migration of all company projects to ClickUp platform, revolutionizing internal project monitoring and providing real-time visibility into team's and projects health.By establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) as a diagnostic tool, I empowered the PMO and C-level executives to make informed decisions with greater accuracy and agility.
