During 2011 they've been assisted by both Marco Martelli and me and in 2012 only by me. The activities included maintainance and development tasks. I developed a software (using Visual Basic 6.0) to print some subsets of data following the new specifications of Poste Italiane and instructed the personnel on how to manage the FirstClass system until dismissed, two years later.

During this period I performed standard mantainance operations over the FirstClass server (a stand-alone application running on Windows NT 4.0 Server) of the organization, which in truth was quite problematic especially on the email side (it was unstable and unsecure). Plus, I was asked to handle user requests. During this time I also had to develop small pieces of software using Visual Basic to aid myself in performing some tasks.
