I’m a molecular biologist of Buenos Aires University - UBA (MSc. Biological Sciences - Cum Laude). After working for more than eleven years in the “Molecular and Cellular Therapy Laboratory” at Leloir Fundation (formerly Campomar Foundation) I got a PhD degree (UBA University) and a postdoctoral position into The WOUND Consortium - belonging to the 6th Framework Program for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration of the European Union. I am currently the Director of the Bachelor of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology, Full Professor and Researcher at the Faculty of Engineering and Sciences of the UADE. Since 2007 I work as Professor at Di Tella University in the Executive Education Program "Innovation, Biotechnology and Business". With more than 15 years of graduate and postgraduate teaching (UBA, UADE, UTDT, UNICEN, UB, among others), several scientific publications in international refereed journals, numerous presentations at national and international conferences, participation in field courses and lectures at international symposia, my professional expertise is focused on molecular biology, gene therapy, functional genomics and bioinformatics.Specialties: Biotechnology business, molecular biology, gene therapy, functional genomics and bioinformatics.
