Management and leadership of sourcing tendering and negotiation for Transport and Logistics Solutions on behalf of Log-in Logística with annual spend over USD 50 Mio;Responsible for new project development in supply chain aiming transport optimization and warehouse solutions as well cost control and contract management.Also responsible for below activities among others:• Freight negotiation for all road transport in combination with cabotage service (full and empty containers); • Development and follow up of KPI’s for supply chain operations; • Responsible for purchasing and project development of container stuffing and unstuffing;• Responsible for purchasing of materials handling equipment for warehouse operations.

Management and leadership of sourcing tendering and negotiation for Logistics in South America.Responsible for new project development in supply chain aiming transport optimization, including analysis for new plants opening and logistics network as well management of suppliers for warehousing, road, rail, maritime and air transport;Also responsible for below activities among others:• Management of service level for Just in time (JIT) and Milk-Run Operations;• Development and follow up of KPI’s for supply chain operations; • Responsible for purchasing and project development of packing solutions;• Responsible for purchase urgent freight/transport to avoid line stoppage.

Management and leadership of sourcing, tendering and negotiation for Transport & Logistics suppliers in Brazil and Venezuela.Responsible for negotiation strategy and conducting commercial negotiations, sourcing projects and supplier relationship management on behalf of Anglo American with annual spend over USD 200 Mio in Port Terminal, Road & Rail Transport, Ore & Waste Internal Transfer, Charterirng, Maritime, Project Cargo and Bulk operations, Wood Transport, Personnel Transport, among other operational expenses in Brazil and Venezuela.

Responsible for conducting commercial negotiations, sourcing projects and supplier relationship management on behalf of Maersk Line with annual spend over USD 300 Mio in port expenses, terminals, intermodal, equipment maintenance and repair, among other operational expenses in Brazil.Also responsible for all activities related to maintenance, repair and cleaning of Dry and Reefer containers; Including responsibility for conducting surveys in damage units and also responsible for charging of demurrage and detention charges in Brazil.

Managing allocation of all countries in ECSA (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay), conducting contingency plans, projects for optimization of cargo flow between the countries for export & import and assistance of general management issues.
