About Fran Puleo Moyer

Versatile and creative manager with 20+ years of experience in program planning, arts administration, event management, community engagement, marketing, public relations and communications. Fran is the Director of Communications in the Division of the Arts at UW-Madison, and previously served as the Associate Director of Outreach Programs. In addition to her roles at UW- Madison, she has worked for Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center, the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, the Lake Forest Symphony and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. She currently serves as a Commissioner for Dane Arts, and has been a member of numerous professional associations and groups, including the Greater Madison Public Information Officers group, the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau Partnership Development Committee, and the Public Relations Society of America, Madison Chapter. She has a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing from DePaul University, and a BFA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
