In jan 2016 I was responsible for building up the Business Controlling function within the Group from scratch for all companies within the Group up until operational EBITDA. Reports to Head of Business Controlling. Built financial models for monthly reporting, follow-up processes, forecast and budget and implemented new KPIs. Implemented follow-up processes with all functions and countries. Designed, created and implemented the latest monthly report to the BoD. Introduced product profitability within the company for our three main products, designed the structure, created the financial modeling and implemented the process. Implemented Business Case processes and led Forecast and Budget processes within the whole group as well as changed the processes when new business structures required that. The Management Traineeship at EasyPark Group allows me to join in an extremely steep learning curve by being assigned various different tasks (from marketing research to development sprints to financial reporting), rotations among departments and ad-hoc tasks. I was the project lead of one bigger project during Summer 2015 where I got to know all the parts of the organization. Over the course of the Traineeship my tasks included among others: - Analysis of financial and operational data, preparing reports- Follow-up of financial flows and processes, identify discrepancies and take corrective actions- Coordinating development of improved financial flows of the service- Identified flaws within the financial flows of the service and coordinated a team of developers to improve this;- Implemented a new financial flow for a specific method of payment of the service: starting from conversations with externals to coordination of activities in the development team and testing.

Within the Executive Board of AIESEC in Stockholm I was responsible for Incoming Exchange. Included in my range of responsibilities was: leading a team of five, increase the number of signed contracts with our company, match the best candidates for the specific positions and make sure the whole journey of the foreign intern run smoothly from matching to leaving the internship, and create and implement strategy for AIESEC in Stockholm during this period.During the term 2014-2015 the following results:- The number of contracts signed increased by 600%- The number of interns placed increased by 300 %- With the set-up of a new team structure, more documentation and a better flow the pipeline for the following term looks very promising.During this term I have also fulfilled the interim role of President of AIESEC in Stockholm between January and April 2015. The responsibilities involved the internal and external representation and hence, end-responsible for AIESEC in Stockholm with its 32 members. Furthermore, leading and coaching 5 strong individuals was one of the day-to-day activities, together with writing and implementing the strategy of the organization.

As project member I contributed in 2 different committees: Risk Assessment and Internal Audit in order to improve the financial and legal sustainability of AIESEC on global level. The first division focused on measuring the risks of the organization and providing the global plenary with a report together with recommendations. The second division I took part in, the internal audit team, the focus was on alignment of internal audit and worked towards to providing a tool on how to perform an internal audit for each local entity.

During this term I was responsible for a clear direction within the outgoing exchange experience of Estonian students by developing concepts of leaderships skills and personal skills that we want them to develop. Hence, I developed the outline and organization of these leadership conferences and educated members that needed to provide these experiences through webinars.

Roadside assistance and insurance companies as the ANWB from the Netherlands, ADAC from Germany and AA from Great Britain have created ACTA Assistance, a company where people with problems with their car will be helped upon the French roads. I worked for the Dutch company ANWB, where people called for our help since their car had been broken down. Those people have been advised what to do and they have been informed about the conditions of their insurance and have been helped under these conditions. They have been accompanied with the recovery of their car, because of the language barrier.
