Work experience is a part of a joint activity with Retex S.p.A. for MSc degree at @Politecnico Projected from 0 to 1 an idea of a B2B SaaS to disrupt the Fashion Marketing industry with the help of hyper-personalized AI campaigns. Constructed MVP and conducted market tests to validate the idea and identify a PMF. Key Responsibilities & Accomplishments: • Defined the product strategy and led the MVP launch for campaign personalization using AI, resulting in a 180% increase in conversion rate and a 250% boost in retention metric compared to traditional emails during A/B tests (100+ users). • Organized the internal workflow from scratch among 7 members, achieving 100% on-time delivery of increments• Mentored a teammate to create digital AI campaigns for clients using Figma, enabling them to take full ownership of design execution within 3 months.

Key Responsibilities & Accomplishments:• Assisted with the formulation of product vision (B2B platform to sell travel insurance), boosting profitability and decreasing CAC for the client company through innovative platform-based business model (expected ROI = 17% in the first year);• Drafted the Project Plan, identified core stakeholders and relationships with them; devised a risk mitigation strategy, defending the execution in front on senior management;• Set up a Product Roadmap, conceptualized backlog (40 User stories), and its later prioritization during the Sprint Planning phase, reducing the planned development time by 50%;

[Pet-project] FLUX platform unites all the educational dimensions in one map and provides a tool for students to search and store courses from the most well-known MOOC platforms. Key Responsibilities:• Conducted extensive market research on current market trends / major EdTech startups and companies, mapping out how B2B & B2C clients obtain knowledge; revealed key business model concepts that work for the industry.• Led a CustDev (engineering students), revealing the need for a transparent way to organize a pivot in the career (e.g. founder experienced the same problem)• Directed the development of LMS based on the Lean Startup approach; defined the SaaS workflows and main pages, conceptualized a backlog; • Coordinated the cross-functional team of 3 people (2x developers, UX/UI designer) using SCRUM implemented through PM tools (Jira);• Designed the UX/UI layouts of webpages using Figma, reaching an NPS Score of 8.5/10 during alpha tests with 20+ users.Achieved Results: • Built a community of 150+ followers in total (social nets) around the topic of self-development with 0 budget spent on ads; • Developed a first knowledge classification, represented by 176 classified branches of knowledge used in the early version of the product (from Arts to Chemical Engineering).
