I am a passionate person. I want to enjoy my life inside and outside the working environment, and for this reason I strive to work in fields I care, such as biomedical engineering, as this is a great motivating force for what I do. I am very practical, I pay attention to details, and I am goal-oriented. I try to be as positive as possible in front of new challenges, focusing on the solution rather than on the problem.I consider myself an experienced researcher in the field of hand prosthetics and love to learn new things, as knowledge allows you to think wider. I have a multidisciplinary background, with my technical skills grounded mostly in mechanical design and programming. This allows me to interact with biomedical, mechanical, electronics engineers to develop complex mechatronic systems.As a supervisor/tutor/manager, I know that the most important thing is the people that work with and for you. They have to trust you and enjoy what they do, and for this I strive to develop a collaborative, sincere and fun working environment.
