During my years as software developer I had the opportunity to work both on the front-end of several application using C# (Windows Form applications and WPF) and on the back-end side (the one I find more interesting). The most challenging projects I worked on were a C++ data processing engine for an industrial textile printer and a Windows Driver for an FPGA based PCIe Card. The two applications, combined together, are able to generate, for each printing pass a data buffer to be sent out via the PCIe Card with a 4.2 GBit/s throwput.In 2020 I was promoted manager of the Digital Printing Department. In this role I keept developing the back-end side of the application while working in close contact with the Sales Department and managing relationship with clients.I'm passionate about working hand-in-hand with collegues developers and users to realise products that accurately reflect business needs and are technologically achievable.
