Responsible for transforming IT services delivery, including organizational efficiency, managed service providers , right-sizing technology portfolio, accelerating Cybersecurity program delivery, data services strategy across a diverse set of enterprise datasets (including ERP-CRM-Manufacturing-IoT), derisking core infrastructure, and defining IT strategy collaboratively with business unit leadership.

SecDevOps - ShiftLeft

- Assess global IT organization, significant projects, and key supplier relationships- Collaborate with global stakeholders, SAP team, and integration partners to plan the final phase of global ERP consolidation project with COVID related restrictions- Perform a ground-up review of Viskase's business intelligence/data warehouse platform, prioritize key workstreams to accelerate value delivery- Restructure global SAP support program- Develop open and collaborative relationships with key business leaders to drive the IT roadmap- Evaluate and prioritize IT risks across applications, infrastructure, staffing, and CyberSecurity - Develop a CIO candidate profile emphasizing critical areas of need for Viskase- Lead CIO search, coordinate with firm leadership, internal talent team, and external search firm- Accelerate cloud adoption- Review CyberSecurity posture and prioritize critical initiatives- Manage day to day IT operations- Guide IT team through SOX readiness workstreams

Cyber Security Product Strategy / Business Development

Responsible for leading the compute, storage, database and cloud services engineering team.- Drive the technology roadmap for compute. storage and cloud services- Provide solution design to deliver hybrid cloud services integrating public, private and virtual private solutions- Ensure the banks competitive advantage via research and adoption of emerging technologies- Craft a Software Defined Datacenter strategy composed of commercial and open source solutions- Prepare the bank to extract the greatest value from vendor relationships- Maximize the safety and soundness of bank systems via governance of certification and currency across firm compute platforms (Windows, Linux,Vmware)- Lead the global infrastructure organization in use of innovation practices and methodologies- Work closely with the firms application development organization to understand needs and requirements
