As the Lead Technician for Pontchartrain Systems, I gained a wide range of experience in this type of environment. On a daily basis, I troubleshoot problems and advise customers on the setup and operation of application software. I believe my experience in computer software is an excellent match with the responsibilities outlined in your job description.I have considerable leadership experience in my current position as Lead Technician, helping to supervise up to 4 other technicians and making key decisions on my own. Also, in my past position as Front End Manager for Sav-a–Center, I managed up to 10 employees. I was later promoted to POS Technician where I manned a POS helpdesk covering 18 stores.In addition to my excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills, I perform well both independently and as part of a team.
